We’re thrilled to announce that The Estates at Fridley - Monarch has earned the title of October's Community of the Month!
This recognition would not be possible without the incredible leadership of Alicia Pedersen and her dedicated team, who work tirelessly to create spaces where residents feel connected, supported, and engaged. In celebration, they’ve been awarded a $200 gift card to a restaurant of their choice, honoring their dedication to building meaningful experiences together.
Each month, we celebrate the community with the highest level of engagement, and we are continually inspired by the efforts of communities like The Estates at Fridley - Monarch.
